Semester 2 -

• Managing Financial Accounts in T&HT
• Managing Human Resources in T&HT
• Managing Customer Relations in T&HT

The modules prepare individuals to enter the next stage of the programme, participating in work placements during the second semester

The course will develop the business skills needed when entering positions within major tourism companies, tourism development bodies, local authorities, regional and national government in the UK and overseas. Upon successful completion of Level 5, there is a guaranteed progression route onto Level 6 Dip in T&HT Management
