17th EDITION 2382-10 / 2382 -20

The electrical 17th Edition Wiring Regulation certificate is offered to all practising electricians, domestic installers and other allied trades professionals.

This course covers all topics required to give candidates a working knowledge of wiring regulations, along with a brief over-view of the Electricity at Work regulations. For candidates who currently hold the 16th edition since June 2001, a 1 day update course is available.

The 17th Edition course covers the following topics:

  • Scope, object and fundamental principles
  • Definitions
  • Assessment of general characteristics
  • Protection for safety
  • Selection and installation of equipment
  • Inspection and testing
  • Special installations or locations
